Other Staff

Rochelle Burgiss

Church Administrator

We welcome Rochelle to St. John as the Church Administrator. She comes with many years of administrative and management experience but her Passion for others to know the heart of the Father and the love of Christ Jesus far exceeds her professional experience.  Her exuberance and encouragement of others flows through her love and patience.  She is a true light for Christ and the smile you see as you enter the Church Office.  Spending time with her husband, grandson and two children brings her great joy.

Barry Lyne

Property Manager

Barry Lyne, Property Manager at St. John, is recently retired from Arcellor Mittal Dofasco. His humorous nature brings laughter in the halls and his due diligence to doing a job well done make him irreplaceable.

"I really do enjoy the camaraderie with the people that come and go with all the programs and ministries we have here at St John."  Barry Lyne

Kathryn Weston

Youth Leader

Kathryn’s dedicated heart to see youth build a relationship with Christ is very evident as she works and builds friendships with them. Kathryn upon coming to St. John felt the warm embrace of a loving God and a loving congregation. This made the decision to go on a mission trip much easier. One year after her return home, she has embraced the leadership of Youth. You will want to come and get to know her smiling face, tender heart and compassionate leadership.

Mary Seabrook

Music Director

Mary Seabrook, Music Director for St. John, oozes with passion for Christ. Her compassionate leadership, heart of worship and smiling face inspire and encourage everyone who gets to know her. Mary's sense of excellence in music is supported by her many years experience and training.

Steve Cowley

Steve joins St. John after many years serving and seeking Christ at Ryerson Camp and Leadership Development Camp.  He is pursuing Theological Studies with the Divinity College at McMaster but can't sit and read for too long before needing a good bike around town, some kind of game, or an evening of shenanigans with Impact.  He loves deep community, wrestling with questions, a nice meaty pasta, and Jesus.
