Joanne Lyne

We welcome Joanne to the position of Interim Church Administrator.  Joanne, a long-time member of St. John and Chair of the Communication Team coupled with over 15 years Administrative experience brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to this position.  Her passion to be all that God has called her to be, leads her steps in life.  Joanne enjoys spending time with her husband Barry, her family and friends and singing on the praise team.  Her welcoming smile will greet you when you drop into the church office.

 

Barry Lyne

Barry Lyne, Property Manager at St. John, is recently retired from Arcellor Mittal Dofasco. His humorous nature brings laughter in the halls and his due diligence to doing a job well done make him irreplaceable.

Jon Allen

Children and Youth Ministry jon@stjohnuc.ca

We welcome Jon Allen to the position of Child & Youth Leader at St. John.  Jon is a long-time member of St. John who enjoys helping children come to know Jesus.  His playful demeanor and experience enables him to easily connect with the children and youth at St. John.  Jon enjoys spending time with his wife Karen and son Keith and is working toward a degree in theology with a focus on children and family ministry through Vanguard College. 

Mary Seabrook

Mary Seabrook, Music Director for St. John, oozes with passion for Christ. Her compassionate leadership, heart of worship and smiling face inspire and encourage everyone who gets to know her. Mary's sense of excellence in music is supported by her many years experience and training.

Steve Cowley

Steve joins St. John after many years serving and seeking Christ at Ryerson Camp and Leadership Development Camp.  He is pursuing Theological Studies with the Divinity College at McMaster but can't sit and read for too long before needing a good bike around town, some kind of game, or an evening of shenanigans with Impact.  He loves deep community, wrestling with questions, a nice meaty pasta, and Jesus.
